6 months into the school year the locking mechanism holding the keyboard inplace stops working. in order to place a warranty service request you have to know the serial number. after locating it on the cover to the battery compartment, the system says it is invalid. live tech support says its invalid. the online system says number should be 11 digits and the one on the label is 10...so the product cannot be registered or services...

Worked for about 2 weeks and just died. The system says the keyboard is still connected but nothing happens with any key press. It was cheep, and I guess I got what I paid for. Junk.

not bad for the price 47.99 your not going to find a lot of key pads worth that much so I say its a steal. Feels a little cheap but it gets the job done lol I am using it right now as i type other than that its pretty cool

This is a tablet that has a full Windows 8.1 OS. If you want compatibility with windows apps and accessories this is the Tablet for you. Similar physical format to iPad mini. Also available 10 inch format. But I wanted something smaller
